Motivation to Become a Bodyworker: I began practicing massage before I knew it was a career option. My Grandmother and Nana often asked for massage.I never hesitated because I enjoyed helping them and I knew massage did exactly that. As I grew older I massaged other family and many friends. They all told me I would make a great massage therapist. I kept that in the back of my mind for years until I received my first massage. I realized how beneficial it was for my body and decided to pursue the massage therapy program at Pima, and now here I am.

Personal Bodywork/ Energy Work Statement: As a LMT, I vow to the Hippocratic Oath of, "Do no harm." I am here to provide a helping hands to those in need of bodywork. Massage does not heal, but gives an individuals body the ability to heal itself. My intention is to listen to each person and their bodies, in order to implement the most effective treatment possible.
