Motivation to Become a Bodyworker: Nothing compares to the power of human touch and its ability to support healing, connection and restoration. I chose to become a bodyworker because I believe bodywork is a profound tool for unlocking our innate healing potential and restoring balance. Through therapeutic touch, I am able to work at deeper levels, helping to regulate the nervous system while supporting physical, mental and spiritual recovery.

Personal Bodywork/Energy Therapy Statement: Chinese medicine is the foundation through which I serve my patients. This time-honored healing tradition allows me to address the many facets of what makes us human by integrating the energetic, mind-spirit, and biomedical aspects of health and healing. This holistic approach has given me a profound appreciation for the interconnectedness of the body, mind and spirit, as well as a deep sense of gratitude for the oppurtunity to help others heal. I find tremendous meaning in connecting with people, meeting them where they are, and helping them feel more balanced, whole and at home in their bodies. It is an honor to practice a medicine that allows me to support others through the transformative and deeply human process of healing.
