Motivation to Become a Bodyworker: I believe healing happens when we reconnect with ourselves and our body's wisdom. Tuina is one of my favorite modalities because it works on both structural and energetic levels allowing Qi to move freely while releasing tension, stress and stagnation.

Personal Bodywork/Energy Therapy Statement: My practice is rooted in traditional Chinese Medicine with the intention of supporting the body's ability to self-regulate and heal. By encouraging healthy Qi flow, we can restore balance and comfort within the body.
