Motivation to Become a Bodyworker: I was a chef for 20 years. Due to long hours and constant chopping and use of my knives. I began to lose feeling in my hand and fingers, to the point I could no longer hold my knife. I was told I needed carpal tunnel surgery but I had a friend who was a massage therapist and she released the muscles in my forearms. No surgery was needed! It inspired me to help others.
Personal Bodywork/Energy Therapy Statement: My goal is to bring balance to the body and deepen the minds awareness of the body through my unique approach of structural integration. By blending multiple modalities, I help clients feel more aligned, grounded and connected to their own bodies while relieving pain.
